Village Resources connects community resources in Mercer and Ocean Counties to end homelessness and promote housing stability. Our goal is to empower and strengthen individuals and families. Village Resources provides direct services and expansion of community supports for people that are struggling financially. Village Resources helps peer organizations deliver quality poverty alleviation and homelessness prevention and aftercare programs.
- In Mercer County, Village Resources offers Housing Stability Services including Rapid Rehousing; Homelessness Prevention; Intensive Case Management; Homelessness Diversion.
- In Ocean County, Village Resources was selected by the Ocean County Homelessness Prevention and Assistance Coalition (HPAC) to implement and operate the Ocean Coordinated Entry System (CES.) Village Resources provides a front door to connect people facing homelessness to housing and supports.
